Ask the same questions of every agency
A comparison works only when the offers describe the same job. Separate full account management from chat-only support or a marketing engagement. Ask which channels, hours and approval responsibilities are actually included.
Bambi sells management services, so we have a commercial interest in this subject. Apply this checklist to us as closely as you would to another agency.
A checklist for your next call
Request the answers in writing before granting access. An agency should be able to explain the practical meaning of its proposal without pressuring you to decide immediately.
| Ask | A useful answer includes |
|---|---|
| How is commission calculated? | Rate, revenue basis, refunds and extra costs |
| Who handles the account? | Named contact, roles and escalation route |
| What access do you need? | Specific permissions and revocation process |
| What evidence can I inspect? | Dates, baseline, scope and creator permission |
| How do I leave? | Notice, invoices, content handoff and access removal |

Let’s talk about your accountRecognise warning signs in the offer
Be cautious about guaranteed income without a substantiated basis, an unclear commission denominator, unexplained costs or pressure to hand over account ownership. A refusal to discuss exit terms matters more than a polished sales deck.
Fansly offers management sessions with permission controls. Ask why any requested access is necessary and retain control of sensitive account information. The platform still holds the creator responsible for account activity.
Check proof for relevance
An OnlyFans case study does not establish Fansly experience. Agency-wide revenue does not tell you the result for a particular service. Ask what platform, period, baseline, workload and deductions sit behind a result.
It is reasonable for an agency to protect client privacy. It is also reasonable for you to decline a commitment when there is not enough evidence to assess it.
A LITTLE CLARITY
Your questions, answered.
Is the lowest commission always the best deal?
No. Compare included work, extra costs, the revenue basis and account control. A lower percentage can still buy less useful work or be applied to a larger amount.
Should I ask for a trial?
Ask for a clearly scoped initial period and review date. Read the actual cancellation and payment terms; a label such as trial does not explain your obligations by itself.
